Research and Evaluation Specialist
Ty is one of REG’s data and statistic specialists.
Over the past 12 years, Ty has developed many diverse systems for collecting information electronically.
He has developed surveys, needs assessments, and cognitive tests specifically designed to cater to the Center’s diverse customer base,
including work for New York State’s Offices of Aging and Children and Family Services, SUNY Buffalo State, and the University at Buffalo.
His expertise ranges from electronic collection tools and devices to text analysis and electronic delivery systems.
The data analysis and methodologies he performed for the New York State Office for the Aging on the Long Term Care Symposium was selected
by SPSS for presentation at their international convention.
Ty joined the Center from the health care sector, with experience in pharmacokinetics, database design, and nursing education.
He studied pharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics at the University of Buffalo, School of Pharmacy.
He remains active in the University of Buffalo’s School of Pharmacy and the pharmacy community of Western New York.
In his free time, Ty enjoys skiing, snowboarding, tennis, and cycling.
